When you place the pre-order, we then order the item in advance from our manufacturer. Pre-order items are considered sold and you will be charged the full price of the product at the time of placing the order. We cannot hold items on pre-order without payment.
We base the estimated shipping date on information from our production partners and this may be subject to change. We will update you on the delivery schedule if a delay occurs.
When the item has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Usual shipping timeframes apply thereafter.
